ZeroPlay is a product provided by ZeroOne Studio (“we”). When you use our services, we may collect and use information about you. 1. Information We Collect

If you do not provide relevant information, you may be unable to register as our user or access certain services, or the intended effect of the services may not be achieved. When you use our app, we collect the following information:

Apple Music library metadata and playlists (track name, artist, album, playlist name, and item IDs) used for playback and filtering. We do not obtain your Apple ID credentials and do not download full audio files.
Rules and settings: filter lists of songs/artists you add, timer preferences, and basic settings.
Purchase status: subscription status and receipts provided by the App Store, used only for verification.

2. Information Storage

2.1 Methods and duration of storage

We store your information securely through local storage (such as in-app caching), databases, and server logs.
In general, we keep personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the service purposes or as required by laws and regulations.
iCloud sync (optional): when enabled, we store filters and settings in your iCloud account for cross-device syncing; you can turn it off at any time.

2.2 Storage location

In accordance with laws and regulations, personal information collected within China is stored within China.
We do not currently transfer or store your personal information across borders. If this becomes necessary, we will inform you of the purpose, recipient, security safeguards, and risks, and obtain your consent.

2.3 Notice upon service discontinuation

If our products or services cease operation, we will promptly notify you via push notifications, announcements, or similar means, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period unless otherwise required by law.

3. Information Security

We employ various security technologies and procedures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of information. For example, in certain services we use encryption technologies (such as SSL) to protect the personal information you provide. However, due to technical limitations and potential malicious methods, even with our best efforts we cannot always guarantee 100% security.
